The Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow by building strong relationships, closing exciting partnerships, and creating scalable sales systems. You’ll work directly with the founding team and have real impact across all parts of the business.


You’ll:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through all stages of the sales funnel

  • Own the CRM process and optimize sales operations

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients

  • Collaborate closely with our design and product teams to shape client proposals

  • Report on pipeline progress and forecasts

  • Help define pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development

  • 2+ years experience in agency, SaaS, or digital services environments

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

  • Confidence in managing sales cycles from outreach to close

  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and high personal ownership

  • Comfort in working directly with founders and senior stakeholders

  • An understanding of design, digital products, and tech culture


Nice-to-have:

  • Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

  • Experience with creative agencies, tech startups, or digital product studios

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar

  • Insight into pricing strategy and contract negotiation

  • Experience in remote or distributed team environments
